Shipping & Delivery
For standard international shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, we work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you within 14 business days. Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 3 to 21 additional business days! Please note that this delivery window is an estimate and, depending on customs for your country, your package may be delayed.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact customer service for for assistance! We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at anytime. If your order status reads "Open," then your order has been successfully submitted. If your order status reads "Shipped," your order is prepared for shipment and you will see the delivery tracking number assigned to your order.
If you don’t have a user account, please get in touch with us. They are super-sleuths when it comes to locating tracking info and would love to help you out! They do need a little help from you, though, so be sure to have your order number and the name used to place the order handy when you call!
Customization Orders
We need 5 business days to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you!
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup, but it's our goal to make things right as soon as possible!
Just like other online purchases, your order won't be charged until it's filled!
